Chelsea Johnson, MSN, FNP-BC

Chelsea is a board-certified family nurse practitioner serving patients at Bridge City Family Medical Clinic. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Central Connecticut State University in New Britain, Connecticut and then earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons University in Boston, Massachusetts. Chelsea has over 10 years of clinical nursing experience in the acute care setting. She also has experience caring for patients impacted by mental illness.
