Elizabeth Jaramillo, MSN, FNP-C

Lizzy Jaramillo, MSN, FNP-C, CDCES is a board-certified family nurse practitioner (FNP) who provides primary care services at Bridge City Family Medical Clinic in Portland, Oregon. Her special interests include healthcare equity, holistic health, trauma informed care, diabetes management and education, and LGBTQIA2S+ services including gender affirming care, sexual health, STI services and HIV prevention. 

Lizzy received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Dominican University of California in 2011. She received her Master of Science in Nursing-Family Nurse Practitioner degree from University of California San Francisco in 2019. Lizzy is a board-certified diabetes care and education specialist. 

In her 13 years of clinical nursing experience, Lizzy has worked in a variety of settings including acute/inpatient care, outpatient services and behavioral health. She received training and has worked at some of the most innovative and prestigious healthcare institutions in the country including University of California San Francisco, Cedars Sinai Medical Center and Los Angeles LGBT Center. She brings a creative and analytical approach to her patient encounters inspired by her experiences at these institutions. 

Lizzy’s practice style prioritizes providing a safe, inclusive, client-centered space for all individuals. She aims to instill hope and confidence in people seeking care, to help them live happier, healthier lives. She is passionate about creating individualized and collaborative plans of care for people of all ages and backgrounds.
