Vanessa Darnell, FNP

Vanessa has been a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner since 2009. She has gained diverse experience as a Nurse Practitioner providing care in urgent care, family practice, internal medicine, pulmonology/sleep medicine, wound care clinic, hospice, functional medicine with hormone replacement experience, and was part of a hospitalist team caring for patients in the hospital.  

Vanessa's approach to care is to actively listen to her patients and to partner with  them to optimize their health. Through her work and personal health experiences, she understands that many factors contribute to a person's health, including lifestyle behaviors, environmental factors, socioeconomic conditions and aging, all of which factor in to tailoring individual plans so her patients reach their health goals and enjoy living in all stages of life.
